Could somebody please tell me why I keep getting charged for making calls on my watch. I made these calls while my phone was off but I was under the impression that the calls should still be part of my iPhone plan. Thank you
Hi Jon I don’t use it that often only when I forget my phone. I have only phoned my wife’s mobile number. It’s the second time it’s happened. It’s a uk mobile number.
Already have done and money is to be refunded. They don’t seem to know why it’s happened so assume I’ll have to keep phoning them when it happens. It would have been nice for somebody to follow it up to try and resolve it.
