Recently purchased 2 x IPhone 16e's through contract on the 9th February 2026, with this purchase I was told I would receive a voucher code to enter into the EE website to redeem for my headphones. I waited the 30 days, called up, said they would send the code again and to wait 7 days, have called AGAIN after the 7 days and have been told the same. The offer finishes on the 31st of March and don't want to miss out on this. Does anyone know why I'm not receiving the codes on Email or to my number and how to resolve this. Feel like every time I call I just get told to wait another 7 days.

I'm sorry you've not received the code yet and have been in touch a few times for help. I would suggest getting back in touch with our mobile guides on 150 and they can check for an update to see if this has been sent to you via email or text as this should show on the account notes. If this is not resolved for you on the call, you can ask to open a complaint and our executive guides will take a look at this for you.
