URGENT: I measured my wrist and it is exactly 200mm. I accidentally ordered a Medium Alpine Loop because Large was not an option for SIM-free, but Medium only goes up to 190mm. It will NOT fit me at all. Since Large is available for Monthly Plans, can you please swap my order to a LARGE band before it is dispatched? Thank you.

Please give our Customer Service team a call where a guide will be able to cancel your order before it is dispatched and help place a new order with the watch size you're looking for.

I couldn't reach customer service in time and now I've received a DPD tracking link (Order EE—————). My wrist is 200mm, so the Medium band will NOT fit me at all. Since it's already on its way, can I take the UNOPENED box to an EE store (like Stoke Newington) and swap it for a LARGE band size directly? I don't want to open the seal if a store exchange is possible.

The only way to swap the device would be to return the order unopened, and place a new order for the size you'd need.
I'd recommend giving customer service a call on 150 as soon as possible, who will may still be able to cancel the delivery for you. At this stage this will be the quickest way to cancel your order.
Otherwise, once delivered you'll need to follow the steps at How to return your EE device or accessory (within 14 days) to arrange your return, and pop to the post office to send back to us.
Once we have it back and checked (please allow 2-3 days for this) you'll be able to place a new order.
(Just to note: If you choose to reject the delivery at the door, please do not reveal any "delivery confirmation" PIN to the driver, as this confirms you have accepted the delivery)
