unlock network

hi i have bought a  samsung a 10 that is locked to ee, i have recieved my 16 digit device unlock code but cant find the network unlock code the link i was sent for the steps isnt working , i have tried on a few devices but keeps going back to the iem...

Network unlock code blocked

Have an unlock code after putting the devices IMEI into the site. The 16 digit code didn't work and now it says to enter MCK because too many attempts were made? Any ideas?

Can't send message with EE - error 0

I can send messages to everyone in my contact, yesterday I tried and text my dad and I got "Can't send message with EE - error 0" but I can call my dad. Can anyone help please? I am using Samsung S21
