No Wi-Fi calling on phone

 I have no network registered on phone contacted re they told me there a mast down in area told me to use Wi-Fi calling but I don’t have it on my phone for some reason any ideas how I get this

stuck pixels on samsung s21

My samsung s20 fe keeps saying "you are currently offline" even when I'm connected to my home wifi, it has been happening for a while now and nothing has helped! Does anyone have any fixes, please?
