Why does my phone give a completely wrong caller ID to people I call?

It has been happening for a long time. 

If I call a new person, where my name is not in their system, it comes up Crop Performance. 

That isn't me. 

I have tried Hiya, who have a system that names phones and asked them to remove anything they have but they won't tell me what they have. 

It is madness. 

Samsung S21 but also same on prevoius Samsung

Hi LEanne, well it is a personal phone originally but I also have a
business so use it for both. But it is set up as a personal account.
No I call from my phone.

No, I have been with EE for about 20 years or more. It was TMobile at
first. When mobiles were first a thing! (showing my age)

I would suggest speaking to our Technical support team to check everything from our side.

Is "Crop Performance" shown inplace of the CLID, or in addition to?

What happens if you call a number that's not in a smartphone - and therefore doesn't have the ability to show text. Say a landline number... is the correct CLI shown then?

Yes, I have done and they have tried a few things.
Not sure if it working yet as I have to find a new person to test on who I don’t know 😉
