Voicemail missing

I have a Galaxy A41 on a PAYG account.

I have just noticed voicemail has switched off and text VM ON doesn't work.

Any suggestions?

I can't find a reference to call divert either in the unit phone app or in
general settings.

The phone app has a section 'voicemail' which lists +447953222222.

If you speak to our Mobile Care team, they may be able to try 'refreshing' your SIM card.
