Upgraded from Samsung A21s to Google Pixel 6a, how do i transfer number/data?

Welcome back to the EE Community. 🙂

When you first turn on your Pixel, you'll be given the option to transfer data from your old phone using the provided cable.

You don't need to do anything to transfer your number, just put the SIM from your old phone into your new one.
