I am trying to upgrade how can I do it  high call volumes  wene ringing and cant up grade  on line

@Jules108 , try ringing first thing in the morning. I rang upgrades on Monday at lunchtime and it was 15 minutes before my call was answered, as I new the weekend would be busy with probably fewer staff working, being a weekend.
