I know £7 isn’t exactly a lot for get 10GB of data for the watch (though times are also tough), but anyone else think it would be nicer if there were a few different plans/options? Such as:

  • a 2GB, 5GB and 10GB plan
  • Data plan, as above, shared with the phone’s data
  • Option to share with existing plan data for a token monthly payment - if we already had plenty of data, eg. 100GB, makes sense

@MrJS   It’s been the same since the Apple Watch got released with cellular (series 3). But then it was only £5 now it’s £7 and best of all EE don’t have to do this with any watch purchased elsewhere no network does.

The watch will never share the phone tariff allowance and if EE ever did such an offer it’ll be around the £7 mark to share it.    It’s an additional product on your account that has nothing todo with your phone contract just like taking out a tablet or other phone contract on your account.    The only thing you get is minutes and text shared by your phone tariff and EE don’t charge you more to share that, perhaps they should but then again for only £7 per month you do get that.
