Unlocking a Samsung s21 plus

Got IMEI 1 and 2 codes but when entering either of these to unlock the phone says there's a problem at EE end and to try again later?
Any ideas?

You can just apply for unlocking by using the Unlocking your device form and giving its IMEI no., which you can obtain be dialling *#06# into its keypad.

@Cav1904 You only need to give the IMEI for the physical SIM card slot. (Sim 1)
To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
