Surface Duo 2 firmware updates stopped

Hi, does anyone know what's going on with Android updates for the Surface Duo 2, mine seems to have stopped in July! I know Microsoft have released 2 updates since then! Does EE have to approve these before they get pushed out?

Android 12L just got released but no sign of it on EE

I can see the chats now they no longer show as a triangle - thanks for that.

 

I take it no update from MS yet?

Oddly enough, yes. They said to do a factory reset. Which I did, with no luck. Awaiting further response 😢

to be honest I side loaded the update, but fingers crossed it’ll be pushed from now on.
