Sim drawer in new phone wont open.

Galaxy A14 sim drawer wont open on new phone,. Is there an EE store on Briggate in Leeds still? I'm using the sim drawer opener provided with phone. Any ideas?

The EE Briggate Store is still there and is open till 5:30pm. 

If you are unable to open this a member of staff will be happy to help.
