Samsung Flip 6 black screen

My phones main screen when i open is black the front screen works i have tried all the restarts etc with no luck 😑 and the phone is on a flexpay i cant upgrade so now im paying an extortionate price without the use off the phone

I am sorry to hear your Samsung Flip 6 has developed a problem with the screen, have you been in touch with our technical team since the issue started? 

When you take a phone on a pay monthly contract with us you do get Device care extras with your plan which includes an extended warranty for the device during the time of your plan. The phone also has a 24 month manufacturer warranty. So as long as the issue has not been caused by damage and the warranty is still in effect, it can be repaired under the warranty.

Some of our stores offer repairs in store, you can check for your local store on our repair page, you can also send it off to our repair centre using that same page if you are unable to take it to a store.

Your phone sounds faulty. Manufacturing faults are covered by the warranty.
