I have a Samsung galaxy Z flip 5. My phone has gone on to silent. Not just silent for people calling or watching things on my phone but it is silent to the point that people can't hear me on a call and I can't hear people on a call. Literally there is absolutely no sound on my phone. Nothing. I have taken my phone to a shop and they took a look and said they didn't have a clue as to what is going on with it.
My mum is the owner of this phone, can I go into EE alone and ask for their help?
Or does someone know the solution to my problem?
Please help as I currently have no phone now!!!
