I ordered 1tb grey and nothing 😞 not even a notification from ee so I don't no when to expect it. I'm also new customer. When I ordered it said it was in stock and delivery within 1 day. So I don't no if to wait in cos dpd are naff around my way no disrespect

Is anyone else still waiting for confirmation on the galaxy watch 6 I did my claim on the 24th in the morning. Other people are saying they have got there confirmation already

Did mine the other day and got confirmation in about 20 minutes. But it
can take up to 5 days. Then up to 45 days for the item to get to you. But
in my experience I've not waited that long for the ear buds and other free
stuff.

Did mine about 2pm on 24th and had my response in a couple of hours (if that). It really just seems to be pot luck

Just had a thought on the Samsung site is the 31st does this mean the ones that are waiting have a chance of it being delivered then?

I did my claim on Friday, I got my confirmation text before I'd even finished the survey afterwards so less than 5 mins after pressing "submit" 😄

Hi i pre ordered on the 19th January the s24 ultra in black 1tb and still have had nothing from ee apart from order confirmation. it says on the ee site despatched in 21 days. Does this also include the people that pre ordered them? Or will there be a batch delivered for pre orders between just now and the 21 days. Hopefully dont need to wait the 21 days because that only leaves me a week to put my claim in for the galaxy watch so hopefully when i do nothing goes wrong and i dont miss out on it 😂

The delivery timescales on the shop page are for new orders so you may receive yours sooner.

You'll get a delivery notification from DPD as soon as your delivery slot is confirmed.
