S23 Earbuds Claim

I've recently upgraded and received my S23 with the benefit of having Samsung Earbuds for free. I was told I had to claim on the Samsung website, but the claim form is closed? Can someone advise how I get thr earbuds please 😊 Thanks!

According to the sales page these will be sent to your home address within 15-30 days from purchase. You don't need to claim them.

The information is under the 'features' tab on this Samsung Galaxy S23 page. @Northerner is correct, they'll be sent to the account address 15-30 days after the purchase of the phone.

Don't get them if you got when phone come out on re order 1st day

I bought my S23 from EE before the launch day but I don't receive any benefits someone can explain me if I got some claims to do please?

That's right, there weren't any gift with purchase promotions running at the time of your order.
