Received new phone and sim card 24hrs ago still sim card not activated

Welcome to the community.

A new SIM card will usually activate within 24 hours after it’s inserted into your device and connects to the EE network.

If it's been more than 24 hours since you inserted your SIM card and it still isn't active, I'd recommend getting in touch with our team, who will be able to check your account further and help get this sorted.
