Hello!
My Pixel 7 Pro which is 21 months old and very little damage died overnight and isn't seemingly drawing power. I'm not sure if it charged the previous night but it definitely didn't charge overnight last night as it's cold and dead, will not turn on.
I've tried the same plug and cable on another phone and it works, I've tried wireless charging which so far hasn't worked and I've tried other plugs and cables which also do not seem to work.
I'm assuming it's somehow borked as it isn't seemingly drawing power at all but I don't know how as I genuinely did not change anything, and I'm unable to contact anyone at EE as all roads of contact require an EE sim to call tech support and I'm unable to do that. The app on a device with no sim has told me to call people, not use a live chat so I'm at a wall.
Solved! See the answer below or view the solution in context.

Hey @maxiesnox.
Welcome to the community.
I'm sorry to hear you're experiencing issues with your Google Pixel 7 Pro not charging.
If you're not able to get in contact with our team over the phone, I'd recommend visiting your local EE Store. You can use our Store finder to see if your local store offers same day repairs.
Debbie 🙂

Unfortunately I don't have access to a phone with a network. I've got old devices but neither of them have an activated SIM/eSIM
