I went to town to ask in a couple of shops what to do. Turns out it was connecting to their wifi. So the solution was to reset my router, unplugging for 30 seconds and forgetting network on phone to reset connection.
Thanks again for your help.

What do you mean? Your phone not connecting to the Net & the Net is down contradicts each other.

I have internet connection with talk talk. There's nothing wrong with it. It's just my phone isn't connecting to wi-fi. Thank you for your help.

Hi @Pixie71
Thanks for coming to the community.
Have you tried restarting your phone and trying to find the WiFi network again?
Leanne 🙂

Tell the phone to Forget its connection to the TT router & then reconnect to it again supplying the TT router's WiFi pwd.

Thank you, I tried doing this but it's not saving the password. It says (unchanged). I'm guessing it's an issue with my phone as I'm able to connect to internet with spare phone.

Thanks @Pixie71
It may be worth fully backing up all your data and factory resetting the phone to see if this helps. Once the phone has been reset you can try and connect again to the WiFi.
Leanne 🙂
