I'm exploring the process of cancelling a repair I scheduled today with EE. I made the booking online and received an email confirming "Repair booked courier arranged." I attempted to find a link to cancel the repair through the tracking page, but I couldn't locate it. Additionally, I usually contact them via live chat, but it doesn't appear to be available at the moment.

Please call us on either 150 or 07953 966 150 and the team will get the repair looked into for you to see if this can now be cancelled.
