Persistant notification on S24 Ultra from Watch 6 44mm LTE

I have a Samsung S24 Ultra paired with a Samsung Watch 6 LTE 44mm. Every so often I will get a notification on my phone with the followong "EE plan set up Now you can call and text on your watch." No real pattern some times a few times a day other timesa few days apart. Anyone know why or how to stop it?

I can imagine how frustrating it would be to see that message pop up. 

I know it may seem like the obvious question, but have you tried to restart the watch to see if that helps? Do you have a data plan set up with the watch?

I have restarted the watch and my phone on several occasions. I do indeed have a data plan with the watch.

@Mskainth Within the wearable app in Watch Settings> Mobile Plans, is it just showing the one plan there that you have selected? 

When you are in the wearable app is there any dismissible messages in the Mobile plans section? 

With the notification coming from the Galaxy Watch6 Manager, part of the Wearable app, if you go into Settings> Apps> Galaxy 6 Watch manager> Storage> Clear cache, then do the same for the Galaxy Wearable app does the notification continue after that?

@Alex_H only one plan is shown.

There are no dismissable messagea in that section.

I have just cleared the cache on both Galaxy 6 Watch and Galaxy Wearable App so will see how that goes.

This is still occurring. Had a few more since. The intresting one is when I had one as soon as I went in to the wearable app and went to another app. But then there were other times I just got them.

@Mskainth You may need to reset your watch. This will mean that you'll lose your eSIM that is currently installed- once reset you'd need to set up your plan again. 

You can call Customer Care where the technical team can help you further with this to make sure your connection is working correctly and you are fully up and running, before and after performing the reset.
