Oppo X5 Find: Operator Settings Update and New Apps

I keep getting the same notification:  ’Operator Settings Update and New Apps’ on my new Oppo X5 Find.

No matter how many times I download, it appears again.

Please help.

I've just had exactly same thing happen to my Oppo home screen etc after downloading update, plus the installation of 3 EE or BT apps! Really frustrating!

I realise now that the Google Back Up doesn't include these settings and I should have used the Oppo local backup to SD or PC??

I wondered if you can confirm that this will mean these settings can be restored from this back up in future?
