Hope someone can help!
Received my Samsung Galaxy S23 2days ago. I can't make/receive calls or SMS, also have no data. I have reset network settings on the phone etc. Called EE and they advised my SIM had been deleted at their side so they have sent me a eSIM. I have scanned the barcode and set this up but still get the same error message. Can't contact EE as I can't make any calls and also can't access any apps as they need SMS verification.
Can someone assist please as it is very difficult to contact EE.

Welcome to the community.
I recommend speaking to our Mobile Care team, there's a live chat service on our contact us page. If you live near an EE Store, it may be quicker to get this resolved by popping in.

Have you tried emailing them from a pc or popping in your local ee store or google your local ee store them call them off a landline phone old school

EE have no email-CS contact.
Visiting an EE store or calling them from another phone is valid though - use 0800 0798586 if necessary.
