Hi
Since updating my Samsung S24U in October 25 I have been having issues with making and receiving phone calls in the at work. I have wifi calling switched on, and when I try to make a call I get a message saying no network available. If I turn off wifi, the call can b make no problem. Put wifi back on, and it won't make the call. This ony happens at the office, no where else, is fine at home and when connected to other wifi.
There have been no changes on our work network. No one else at the office has the issue, just me. If I turn aeroplane mode on then off, I can make a phone call as normal, but then after approx 30 minutes it goes back to me not been able to make a call whilst wifi is switched on on the phone.
Again, this has only started after the last phone update. Has anyone any idea on how to fix this?
Thanks

You mention that "no-one else at the office has the issue".. do any of them run the same version of your Samsung software?
Is your phone set to WiFi-preferred or mobile-preferred?
I would suggest a 2way SIM-swap with a known working phone, but I would struggle to believe this is a SIM/account issue.
