I had a Samsung A52 5G with BT Mobile and it had no Wi-Fi calling button. Colleagues at BT assured me that when I bought my next phone this would be resolved and Wi-Fi Calling would work. I purchased my A55 direct from Samsung and now have a SIM only contract with EE. BUT still no Wi-Fi calling button.
The phone is legit.
The software is up to date.
So, please tell me EE, why I cannot use Wi-Fi calling?
Solved! See the answer below or view the solution in context.

Hi @Rob962
That's not call settings.
Green phone - 3 dots - settings
WiFi calling should be there.

Hi @Rob962
You have checked under call settings?
Thanks

Yes, the setting is not there. Here is a screenshot of the settings page. It doesn't look the same as the guides I have seen.

I think I have fixed it myself!
I went to the Samsung support chatbot, It turns out that if you have the phone keypad page and click on the 3 dots at the top right, it takes you to a settings page for the phone call app. And in there, there is a setting to switch on Wi-Fi calling. See screenshot below. If I now go back to the usual Connections settings, it still does not show Wi-Fi Calling as in the EE guide for the A55.

Hi @Rob962
As I said above. Well done.
Thanks
