I have read the previous posts and used the online link but I'm facing an error. I tried calling ee but I can't speak to someone or it's disconnected. Please help attaching image for your reference

Have you tried filling in the Device unlock form using a different device or browser?
If you're unable to get through following the options for mobile technical help when you call the 0800 956 6000 number, it may be worth selecting the new customer/joining EE option and they'll transfer you to the correct team.

I don't know how i missed the form... Is that what you expect me to respond?
Hey I did long back and I was getting errors! I have attached images but you guys removed it..
I tried to the number and options as well but it didn't work. After waiting for 10 minutes, the call got disconnected and when i tried to call again it didn't connect.
I'll reach out to the ceo. And please whoever marked this as solution.. Please take time to read the issue and then mark it as solution

You could repost the images with the IMEI obscured.
