Need help with unlocking Samsung galaxy ace 4

I have read the previous posts and used the online link but I'm facing an error.  I tried calling ee but I can't speak to someone or it's disconnected. Please help attaching image for your reference

@ArunR  Don’t post personal information on the internet.  That includes the IMEI number.     Are you copying and pasting that information over ?  If you are don’t, manually type it in. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

I want to let know that the website is throwing an error. I have entered the correct imei number but it's not helping me get the unlock code. Can someone help? I tried calling ee customer care, i tried different options but all end up without a resolution or speaking to a customer care.

 

I can send email with images but couldn't find any email address.

EE has no contact email. If CS want to see these images they'll give you an email addy.

Oh that's not true. I have few EE top management emails address which includes their CEO. But I don't want to reach out them for a mere unlock. But incase if I'm not getting any help in a day, I'll write an email to the CEO with my unlock request and additionally, I will share my feedback to make the customer contact email publicly so it'll be easy for everyone.

Please check the image for the numbers that I tried. 

I'm not a EE customer and I follow the instructions ans more or less all the numbers have same set of instructions. When i reach unlock device, it guides me to website link or send sms.

The instructions asks me to visit the link or send a sms with imei to some number, as I'm from a different network i haven't tried sending sma. I prefer to talk directly or via email where I can share the imei and they can send back the unlock code.

Thanks for providing the numbers you have tried calling. 

You should be able to connect to an agent by calling our 0800 956 6000 number.

Can you help me with the options to choose as well please? It's the same options i believe.
