Hello!
I am in Costa Rica and need to use a Costa Rican SIM card but my phone is locked.
I have followed the steps and found my IMEI and generated an unlock code but the website keeps taking me in circles and I don’t know where to put the unlock code!
I keep being put in circles between these two pages:

my phone is now asking for an unlock pin and a PUK
i cannot contact customer service as my UK Sim is no longer in service and I can’t find an online contact!

When did your EE SIM stop working?

1 month ago when I decided to go traveling. I cancelled my sim plan.
I havent needed a new sim until now.

If you try log in to your My EE what happens?
Do you have another line you could use to call customer care?
If yes, the number to call is +44 7953 966 150.
