Despite sticking to EE for the past 14 years, I have been terribly disappointed by the bad Samsung S25FE that was sold to me on contract by EE in February this year. Within a month of purchase I had complained of how the phone network performance has been erratic.
The situation is worst now and new contract phone I got this year is unfit for purpose.
I now requested for a replacement of the phone and was told I cannot have a replacement again because it is more than one month of purchase. I contacted Samsung and they pushed my back to the dealer (EE). I am deeply disappointed that EE can treat their long standing customer this way.
If this my issue is not resolved, I will make this my last business with EE and will tell all members of my family to do the same.

Hi @GAudu
What do you mean "the phone network performance is erratic"
Have you checked the local network for issues: https://ee.co.uk/help/service-status
Thanks

Hi @GAudu
So it could be a SIM issue. Have you tried the SIM in another device.
Thanks

Hi @GAudu
Sorry to hear your device is not performing as expected.
As @Northerner has suggested, if you have a physical SIM it's worth testing it in an alternative device to rule out any SIM issues.
If the fault follows your device, please give our customer service a call where a guide in the technical team can take the steps to investigate the issue, and arrange for repair of your device if required, as per warranty.
Alternatively, if you prefer, You can book a warranty repair directly with the manufacturer online through the Samsung UK Support Repair Portal
