My phone updated last night, and instantly it said there was moisture detected in the charging port (phone has been bone dry before and after the update), and is still doing this everytime I plug it in.
Tried turning off fast and super fast charging, no joy. Any ideas?

Hi @Thor87
Have you made sure the port is clean.
I sometimes receive this message depending on the weather and how i have held the phone. If you can try clearing the phone cache.
Thanks

Hi,
I've tried various wires and sockets. It seems to be random when it occurs and goes back to normal after a while.
For example, I was driving with my phone plugged into the car for android auto and was all working fine then it came up moisture detected when it hadn't been near any moisture.
This only started happening since inupdated my phone on the 27th June.

Hi @DLJH1998
This can sometimes be caused by having a small amount of debris in the charging port. What kind of phone are you using?

Thanks for checking @DLJH1998.
I would recommend speaking with our technical care team who can look into this further.
Are you aware if you still have warranty?
Katie
