Hello

My mobile doesn't seem to be working and it hasn't for the past couple day (from what I've noticed) I have tried multiple troubleshoot solutions from Samsung and it still does not work.

So I was wondering if the EE network is down or if there is anything else I can do to fix this issue.

What phone are you using?

Do you have a signal on your phone?

Are you able to make calls?
