I have transfered to EE from BT. I have a Samsung galaxy a12 I cannot use any mobile data. Phone and text work fine and apps etc work when connected to WiFi. I have switched phone on and off without success.
Any other ideas please

Is it a contract or pay as you go SIM? Is mobile data switched on in the phone settings?

If you log into your EE app and select Profile, Settings and Permissions, do you have Use data turned on?
