I cannot make phone calls on my Samsung J3

I cannot make phone calls on my Samsung J3, my phone instantly goes to end call and shut down, I can only send and receive texts.

Can anyone help me?

  • Are you on EE PAYG or pay monthly contract.
  • Are you in the UK.
  • Is your device from EE.
  • When did you last make a call successfully.
  • Does this happen in just one location.
