Just trying to set up my parents mobile phones.
They've just changed over their broadband provider.
Had not support so don't have the server settings from EE
Can anyone send me a copy please x

It's not EE you need to be asking for this, but your email provider. EE provide your phone with a mobile data connection to the internet, but they don't supply an email service.
Your email provider needs to supply you with POP3/IMAP settings for your incoming email, and an authenticated SMTP server for outgoing.

Who is your email provider? What have you put as the Incoming & Outgoing Server settings (all of them) in your Mail app, obscuring your name?
