How do u check to see if you have insurance on a phone

Hi how do I check to see if I have took out insurance on a phone that I currently have?

@Gillian42  Look at your bill breakdown.  If you’re only paying for the contract cost you took out then you don’t have insurance.    Also if you have insurance you would have received paperwork about your insurance for that device.   

Your bill breakdown states what you are paying and if you have insurance it’ll state this on there. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
