Google pixel 8 problems

I got a Google pixel 8 on a good as new contract ever since I have had it 4 months now it has been randomly turning its self off and some times I can't turn it back on till I plug it in to a charger but then it still might just turn it's self off I have rang EE they told. Me to take it a store to get fixed so I did 3 times I took it to my local EE store and every time I took it there they could send it off because the system was down so I took it to a store with a repair center in it to be told that the ime number don't exist on there system....i don't know why this could be. But now I'm being told It can't be booked in for repair so what am I going to do now

Contact Google under your warranty. 

If EE sold you phone then the IMEI number will be on EE system.
