You can just apply for unlocking by using the Unlocking your device form and giving its IMEI no., which you can obtain be dialling *#06# into its keypad.
To phone EE CS: Dial Freephone +44 800 079 8586 - Option 1 for Mobile Phone & Mobile Broadband or Option 2 for Home Broadband & Home Phone

I have the EE unlock code for my phone but what do I do with it. I do not want to change Network provider , I just want to unlick my phone

Put a non-EE SIM in your phone & it'll ask for the unlock code.

@Winlobb : I thought you wanted it unlocked from EE. If so, you need a non-EE SIM to unlock it.

Can't see how it can. It's a non-EE SIM you need. Have you acquired 1?
