Galaxy watch ultra pre order £100 google store credit claim issues

Hi

I recently pre ordered a galaxy watch ultra and have tried to claim the £100 google store credit from the Samsung site but when I go to show where I purchased the device EE doesn't show up.

How can I claim my £100 credit if EE isn't in the participating retailer?

Hi @Mtfatcat

You'll need to speak to EE CS on 150.

Thanks

Let me save you some time calling 150 for them to have no idea what's going on.

EE didn't register for the promotional program in time, so the offer went live before EE could be added as a retail partner. This has been rectified in the backend now and will be updated either today or tomorrow. If you've already submitted a claim under the name of a different partner, it'll still be reviewed and they'll see the EE document and change it for you, just keep an eye out for an email from them.

I've sent my claim yesterday under a different partner with all paperwork EE sent so just waiting for reply. I'll keep you updated.

What proof do I need to submit? I just have the email confirming my order.

I saw someone say O2 wasn't listed either, but both now show up as a valid place of purchase on the Samsung site.

So I got my claim accepted today. I couldn't choose EE as it wasn't listed so just put mobiles.co.uk instead.
