@smallville19791 There is no such device made by Samsung. There is an Arise CZAR AR 44. You just might find the device can not operate that app as apps do have a minimum requirement of the device to work.
You might want to look at getting a more up to date device as that device is a 2G and 3G only device and 3G is being switched off worldwide. The AR44 device specs are HERE
