Device Repair Tracker - Still Awaiting Device

Handed device into store 11 calendar days ago and was informed 10 days to receive device back. Known issue of screen unresponsive with Flip 6 and so should be straightforward.

Checked tracker over the last week and still shows awaiting receipt at repair centre. Urgency due to travel arrangements was communicated at time of drop off and relevant notes apparently made in system.

Called store - no assistance. Concerned coming up to Christmas and no apparent progress.

Advice?
