I took my phone into the EE shop 5 days ago, they had to send to another branch for repair. On the tracking, it's still showing as "awaiting device". I appreciate I took it in on a Saturday, just wondered how long does it usually take for them to receive and advise on the progress of repairs?

@JAW18 Your best bet is to call the actual store you took it to. You might need to call a few times depending on how busy the store is as obviously they can not answer a phone if they are dealing with customers.
