Turn off automatically sens as MMS/SMS as you'll need to set a spend cap becase MMS messages cost money.
For RCS to work you need to be connected to a WiFi network or EE mobile network.
Are you on EE PAYG or pay monthly contract.
Thanks
To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.

Hi @ConnorMoss1902
Welcome to our community.
If charges are being added, that would indicate they are going through. Are you getting an error when trying to send them?
