Under the Consumers Rights Act you have 30 days from delivery to claim a full refund if it is faulty. After this time you have to give the retailer an opportunity to repair or replace it before you can claim a refund.

Does that include flexi plan monthly over 36 months too? Thanks in advance man

The law does not distinguish between diff proprietary purchase schemes. Goods are either faulty or they're not!
