I upgraded my phone over the weekend to a iPhone 16 and some of the Apps are not working correctly and same with car play. Because I upgraded in store no one is willing to help... Just sending me off to Apple, the phone is 5 days old! I should not have to be going to Apple after this short amount of time, and plus I do not have an apple store that is easy to get too!
I have been back to the store, and apparently no managers to help, and only they can help. I
Online chat will not help as it was ordered in store
I have contacted trading and standards, but I don't think it will be a quick route, and I am paying for a phone that does not do what it is suppose to do.
Does anyone in the community have any advise please? I am at a loss and stuck with a broken phone 5 days into a 2 yr contact!

Hey! Sorry to hear about your issues with your phone. I have been in the same position. First 16 pro max worked for about 4 days before showing issues. It failed 4 test and ultimately declared defective. Second (replacement) phone arrives and within 48 hours, issues were obvious so tests were ran and again this replacement phone is also defective. I am now waiting for my 3rd phone to arrive. 3rd times the charm?!
Im not sure of its any of help but have you tried to contact apple support? Or call them directly?

Same this phone is just fit for purpose for a phone that cost over £1000 I don't expect to have to spend time getting it to do basic things like be able to use a touch tone service for automated calls without doing the magic apple dance. i really am sick to death of this phone.
