Have a new iPhone which does not have physical SIM card slot. Gift from friend in USA. I want to convert my physical ee sim to eSIM before I transfer everything to new iPhone. I thought it would be easy. Settings menu, hit blue convert ESIM button , then confirm. Just checked via ee help and they say I have to get to ee shop to do this. Have I missed something?

Hi @Skye1985,
Welcome to the EE Community
That is through the settings menu on the phone itself you had tried? Have you tried via the EE app on your phone?
You would login, hit the profile button in the top right, select Settings and Permissions. Next select Replace SIM/eSIM, select your number and select eSIM and then follow the instructions from there.

@Skye1985 Just to check you are a contract customer ? That includes sim only. eSims are not available to PAYG customers.
