Trouble with trying to get a sim

Hi.  Im logging in via the app.  Selecting sim i want, it then goes to website. Makes me log in again, then pops up with a msg saying "account closed", if my account was closed then why am I paying for expensive full fibre?  Thats a lot of money to b...

Unable to login

i've been unable to login for a while now... i saw a post saying someones phone numbers had been cleared preventing a successful login... where can I check this?!

Order phone

Hi. I just placed an order. The money was debited from my account during the initial payment, but no order number was displayed. I'm not sure if the contract was concluded. I didn't receive a confirmation email and I don't have an order number.
