Does anyone know how to contact EE as I have purchased a television from them and my order summary does not offer a tracking number and if you click the link it takes you to royal mail when the order is showing as shipped via DPD 48 hour delivery?

Where do I get my order reference number. Ordered a phone on the 31st and still have not received any emails or texts with an order reference number. In store told me to contact customer services which was no help either. I cannot track the phone.
