Sim card

Recieved messages saying my sim will be deactivated as not topped up in a while. Got a top up but think my sim is deactivated. Not letting me call 150 or any other numbers. Is there any other way to contact them to get reactivated?

VAT invoices not available

I'm having issues getting VAT invoices for a couple of months now through either website or app. Any ideas?Customer support says they're having issues and will email me them...nothing happens!  Not exactly good business support....
