my mobile data isn’t working

hello my data isn’t working, i have 117GB left but it won’t work out the house? any suggestions for the reason, been going on for days now. 

Mobile data keeps goin off!

What is going on with EE lately? My mobile data keep shutting off at random times. It says no work being done ect by me (Wirral) so what is going on! Thanks 

Connecting Mobile to 2.4GHz

My mobile is 5G.I have an external light using an app which requires to connect by wi-fi using 2.4GHz.Please advise how can I change the mobile briefly in order to programme the floodlight?
