limited URL access using EE

I have a Data only sim used in a router.  Has anyone encountered not been able to access certain websites using EE? I can't access my online banking, torrent sites and the list goes on. Is this a common problem?

Resolved! Prepaid Data Only Sim

I have a prepaid data only SIM in my iPad (so no phone number).  It came loaded with 120GB of data.  How do I check how much data has been used/is left?  Thanks!  Stuart
