Hi I’ve topped up my data with £5 credit as my dd stopped when I lost & cancelled my debit card. it’s showing I have £5 credit but when I scroll down it’s showing no data? The sim is for a security camera. Thanks

No data after renewal

Hey. So today my allowance have a renewal day... I logged in to my account and it shows that I have no data left whatsoever... 3 hours after renewal? Why? What's going on?I have plan with 125GB data so I don't think I have use it today
