Data Roaming in Turkey

I am in Turkey and I have Travel Plan active. However I cannot access mobile data. Why would this be? I am paying £25/month for the Travel Plan 

Early expiry of data

Why has my data expired 2 weeks before its due causing me to have to obtain more? I had over 40Gb unused.

data usage

I am receiving messages from EE saying that my data usage is over 2 GB, however when I log into my account firstly I have unlimited data as part of my package but also it tells me that my usage is 1.75MB. Can someone explain? Thanks

Resolved! Gifting data

I can’t seem to be able to gift my daughter data, which I do every month. It says she has unlimited data hut she doesn’t! She needs to have data, it’s important!

Can’t gift data

I am trying to gift data to my daughter. I have gifted to her before. It’s only showing one of my children’s lines, there isn’t a drop down. This is quite urgent as she needs mobile data to make sure she can get home safely

They're already data rich! The device you're trying to gift to has unlimited data  Im having the same problem today, cant gift data to my wife, any solution yet?
